We performed as the Structural Engineer of Record for this new two-story office building. The project serves as both a corporate office and emergency dispatch center for this local utility company. The structure is a two-story steel frame and uses masonry shear walls and steel bracing to resist lateral loads. The building contains two feature towers with large, stone fireplaces.
