WJPA served as the structural demolition consultant on the $200M+ renovation of a Federal Office Building for the Federal Reserve Board. Our office evaluated the existing building for demolition equipment, composed detailed demolition plans for proper sequencing, designed temporary shoring for building components and provided design consulting for building repairs and modifications. We served as a consultant for the demolition contractor, structural steel fabricator, and the general contractor in various professional capacities.
