This three-story, 10,000 SF building was designed in a historically sensitive manner to replace a famous building in the City of Woodstock. The new building was designed to accommodate both restaurant and office use and includes design features that allows abundant daylighting. The structural design involved underpinning the foundation of an adjacent, historic structure to allow for the excavation and construction of the lower floor level.
